My plan is too easy/difficult, how can I adjust it?

The easiest way to adjust your plan is to re-answer some of the questions that help shape your SmartPlan. On your SmartPlan dashboard, tap [...] in the top right corner, then tap ‘Change your answers.’ Adjusting your answer to question 2 will prompt SmartPlans to recommend more or less challenging workouts for you. Alternatively, if individual workouts are too easy/difficult for you, you can choose to swap it out of your schedule.
