What is the recommended number of workouts for a goal?

The first time you set a goal, the default recommendation is 4 workouts, because we feel this is best for building a healthy habit. Should you complete a goal, we'll recommend 1 more workout than you achieved in your previous 4 weeks for your next goal. If you do not complete your goal, we'll recommend 1 more workout than what you achieved in the previous 4 weeks.
