Your target heart rate zones are calculated based on your maximum heart rate (MHR), which is derived from your age. Here's how the zones break down:
Zone 1: 50-60% of your MHR
Zone 2: 60-70% of your MHR
Zone 3: 70-80% of your MHR
Zone 4: 80-90% of your MHR
Zone 5: 90-100% of your MHR
The zone match feature is available in strength, cardio, and balance workouts.
