What is my Heart Rate Target?

Your Heart Rate Target is an integral part of our zone match feature. This target (displayed as a percentage) measures the time you've successfully stayed within your target heart rate zone during your workout.

You'll find your Heart Rate Target in both the end-of-round and final workout summaries for any workout sessions that feature zone match. For example, If you are in the correct heart rates zones for 10 minutes of a 20 minute workout your Heart Rate Target will be 50%. This gives you a more precise idea of how effective your workout was.
