How are programmes structured?

Our programmes are made up of two-week phases. During the first week of each phase, you establish a baseline for three key metrics: Form Points, Strength Target, and Heart Rate Target. During the second week of each phase, you repeat the same workouts to improve your initial scores. This approach allows you to measure your progress and continually challenge yourself.
