What is my Strength Target?

Your Strength Target represents the percentage of reps you've completed in dynamic exercises, or the amount of time you've maintained static exercises (for example, a plank hold), relative to the total time or rep count specified for that exercise. Even if you exceed the target reps, the highest Strength Target you can attain is 100%.

This percentage is only calculated for exercises that have a defined rep target or time duration.
