There’s lots of things you can do to make sure that the Body-Tracking tech works at its best, including:
Positioning yourself 1.5–2m away from your TV
Ensuring you’re in the middle of the camera frame at all times during your workout (for floor or mat-based exercises)
Ensuring your mat is completely side-on to your TV during laterally facing exercises, rather than at an angle (e.g., during a plank)
Using the rubber wedge to angle your Sky Live camera downwards if your space is a little tighter (the wedge comes in your Sky Live box)
Ensuring your room is evenly lit and free from excess furniture
Avoiding overly baggy clothing during your workouts
