Before you start
Download the Mvmnt mobile app and log in to the profile you’ll be using
Make sure your phone is adequately charged (you don't want to die mid-RepCon)
Clear enough space around you so you don't crash into any lamps or coffee tables
Getting in
Join the waiting room up to 10 minutes before the start time. (Don’t be late – once the door closes, it’s locked!)
If using Mobile: When the waiting room goes live, scan the on-screen QR code to launch RepCon and link to your TV (tap 'Connect'). Place your phone on the floor, angled so your whole body and feet are in frame. (Pro tip: Angle the camera slightly upright to avoid showing too much of the floor).
If using Web: Join the waiting room directly. Ensure your webcam is connected and stand far enough back so your whole body is in frame.
Once positioned, you’ll see yourself tracked on-screen. Then, you're ready to go.
Game time
Watch your reps climb in real-time on your phone and TV, or laptop screen
Keep an eye on the live leaderboard, give it everything you’ve got, and, most importantly, have fun!
Post-RepCon
Grab your final total rep score as soon as you finish
Check your performance stats and share them with the Mvmnt community
Missed the live session or want to beat your PB? Retake it anytime in the RepCon area of the app.
