For Web purchases
If you signed up to Mvmnt via our website, you can cancel your subscription by visiting the ‘Manage Your Subscription’ in your Profile Settings page.
For Mobile app purchases
If you signed up to Mvmnt via the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android, you can cancel your subscription using the following steps:
For iOS (App Store)
Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your Apple ID
Select Subscriptions
Find Mvmnt
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice
For Android (Google Play Store)
Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Select Payments & Subscriptions
Choose Mvmnt
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
Sky customers
If you are a Sky customer, you can cancel your subscription in Sky Marketplace.
The easiest way to access Sky Marketplace on Sky Glass is to say "Hello Sky, go to My Sky".
If you have a Sky Stream puck or Sky Q, press the Voice button on your Sky remote and say, "My Sky".
If you do not want to use your voice, then you can visit the Sky help page on all steps to cancel your subscription. You can follow the link here.
