All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Partially used subscription periods
Unused content
Accidental non-use
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund your current period.
App Store Purchases
Apple and Google manage billing and refunds independently. If you subscribed via Apple or Google, refund requests must be made directly through them.
Free Trials
You can cancel at any time during the trial period
Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
If not cancelled in time, the subscription fee will be charged and is non-refundable
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may review refund requests where:
There has been a technical issue preventing access, or
You have been incorrectly charged
These are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
